Laurel M. L. Earls, LMFT, RYT
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Registered Yoga teacher, former certified Personal Trainer, and a nutritional consultant. My own journey has brought me to understand the connections between mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health and wellness. I believe that we feel our best when all four of these dimensions of health are attended to and balanced. Through my passion for holistic health and wellness I created Live More Life...Everyday! inspired to help others stay connected to balance inside and out. Through my experience and education I am able to offer individuals, couples, and families a variety of services to fit their hopes and goals including individual, couple and family therapy as well as yoga and mindfulness practices.
